Swell/Surf Outlook
The surf on Saturday morning should be very similar to what we saw this morning. A modest, new pulse of S swell (185-170) should fill in a bit more – it’s showing on the buoys now, in line with model guidance- on top of the older S swell and just a touch of NW swell. The better sets on Saturday should be in the waist-to chest-high range, especially on the morning tide push when conditions are cleanest.
Sunday should see the swell mix slowly taper off with a very slight change in wind. Light and variable flow is expected in the morning with some patchy fog possible. A sea breeze should eventually develop through the afternoon, similar in strength to Saturday.
